- @1xZephyrus I don't know but Lifeline offers free heals and she has a constant speed buff on heals.
What they both have now is protection when reviving and fast revive.
Gibby has his personal shield
He has a dome that offers fast heal only when inside it.
I do see this being an issue but I have yet to encounter Gibby using any of his new or past buffs. Not many people throw a dome down that is bright orange to enemies.
They should buff lifeline to offer 75% health when revived by her. than I feel it would even the playing field
No legend should have the same passive as another, let alone three damn passives. It's getting ridiculous and it's getting unbalanced. Why pick Lifeline if Gibby can do the same plus more? Makes no sense.

Gibby voice line is filled by movie actor, he's the most expensive legends to operate.
Respawn make mistake on the design but they still has to pay a lot of money.
