Skill based matchmaking makes badges unobtainable

I'm a Bloodhound main with 10000 kills and I dont have the 20 kill badge.  Admittedly Bloodhound is the hardest character to play and get a 20 kill badge with.  But the problem isnt the character or ...

@hayhor but a useless one, cuz as i said it will be full with preds and people that dont know what they get into... so rip that queeue is empty

@matzesingt Whether it ends up that way it not the point. The point is to give an option.
