Can apex get on with banning smurf accounts? why are there level 30 or level 100 players with 4k twenty bomb badges in plat lobbies queued up with two former apex preds? how is this a thing still? i hope this game dies and your money dwindle to nothing. you have all failed this game.
Some of these accounts are smurfs, but the vast majority are cheaters on new accounts.
Are they doing anything about it? No. You can still watch Pred streams on Twitch under the title "Road to Master, Solo Q" (on a new account, of course).
Agreed. HUGE problem. At least with cheaters Respawn can claim all the challenges of detection and the imperative of avoiding false positives. But smurfs are very easy to spot and very easy to stop. And Respawn just plain does not care about them. Worse than that, they encourage it. In my book it's a badge of shame for them.
