@EA_Darko I've been trying to do that since yesterday but the site currently seems to not be working. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? after I pick Manage my Account > Hacked account and then click Select contact Option, it just gives me a progress circle and then nothing happens.
Community ManagerHey @Redirektt, have you ensured that you have disabled any pop-up blockers or browser extensions so that nothing is blocking the chat.
It's no harm trying it in a different browser to see if you have the same issue.
