It looks like every post you make these days is a complaint targeted at the community.
When your squad is looting you could provide them cover.
Get a mic and talk to them in a passive manner and not aggressively or condescendingly like you're doing on the forum.

I just hate those players that starts calling others idiots. Once both teammates were down in middle of smoke and I was looking to see if path was clear to reach them, and one teammate started calling me idiot for the delay. My solution was so simple, left the game without helping that real idiot.
This is team game, and for that respect is required.

I my self leave all the time when I am downed due to squad members delibertly dropping some where else or just try to bait out enemies using me as bait.
