If you have not linked your account, you would need to reach out to support so that they can take a look at your account,

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

Select the EA App

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option

Please note: These are not situations where Community Managers can assist over the forums as we are not Live Support and cannot validate account ownership.
