Sound effects broken and annoying

@Revanchist_KOR oh dear oh dear, another fine mess. The random loud noise sounds like a door opening on LOUD, all over the place. I've played 2 games and it is a mess from an audio point of view. Such a pity, not sure how this one got through any sort of qa.

The footsteps from behind seem now to have a broader angle of non-sound too.

And don't get me started on the the pa. A nazely auzzy auld witch, no offence Witchypoo 😃

The pa should have calm liquid dulcit tones, very much like the one we are used to. This pa is overlapping champion intro too.

Ps: to those that don't remember the 60's and 70's Witchiepoo was the witch in "HR puffnstuf"
