Sound effects broken and annoying
What is going with sound effects after this update? Some random loud sounds suddenly burst around repeatedly. All this annoying sounds from heat shields and on top of this the most annoying announc...

I always play with voice off but now I enabled them just to hear new sounds/announcer. It's garbage. Back to off permanently.
@PsyhiX69 a sincere thank you. I did not realise I could do that on xbox. I turned off dialogue volume in settings. As well as the announcer it sadly took away my teammates helpful voicelines for weapon pings, etc, but I can get used to this. Won the first game with dialogue off too 😃
Loud omnipresent door opening noise there still though. Can't really play this game with no sound. My ears are ringing from this new noise.
- @OldTreeCreeper I couldn't play more than 3 games of the ltm due to the sound. Played ranked instead.
@hayhor I just tried a game of ranked to avoid the loud noise but I cannot play ranked without the squad dialogue, to avoid the witch, and I'm seriously letting my teammates down. Can you please tell me if she is in ranked too?
Edit: I'm not prepared to play a ranked match, losing my teammates points, to find out if she is there.
- @OldTreeCreeper She is not in ranked. The ambient sound is much better. You will still run across spots that have the whooshing noise but just leave that spot.
- @OldTreeCreeper right. i still cannot get how these sort of obvious for everyone things sneak in through the testing team lol. After every single update I run the game in fear of new "features" and they never disappoint me 🙂
@Revanchist_KOR I guess either no one thought to play the game before releasing it or were unable to get a fix ready before release and just fired ahead.
