I get what your saying i think every/most (Bloodhound, Path) legend is OP thb it's in the playstyle you've accustomed to.   Yeah I realized within 5 encounters just shoot the weak ULT. but this all depends on the situation.

So it's the ttk overall it under cuts most of these complaints.

It's who complained about the ttk over the list 'very high tier' complaints ?? like guns loot maps AUDIO etc. I never heard someone say 'the ttk' anything!     -Sparrows 20 per spike ULT while my spitfire & my insane moving Golden Prowler teammate mauling you, while 'ole Fusey is flash banging you is WILD!  it's the ttk not letting you think about what you just read & counter.     Bang Vant Fuse Gibby all have higher Ults per dmg
