Steam linked to wrong EA Account

Hello guys,

I just came back to Apex and I tried to play through my Steam account and it said that I had to create an EA Account. I did so but when I went to link my Steam Account, it said that the account is already linked with another EA Account. The thing is, I played Apex like 5 years ago and the email that it says the Steam Account is linked to is a disabled email as it says in the screenshot I attached, which makes it impossible to access that account.

I tried looking for ways to contact EA and even created a ticket and they just put the ticket in "Resolved" status and nothing happened. Do you know other way of trying to get a solution for this?
