Stick leavers in forced no-fill
I think we should just stick people with a pattern of insta quitting into a forced no-fill. If people want to ruin their squad’s game by quitting, then they don’t deserve to have a squad. It’s cool...

@CCbathwater Lol. Then go get a premade that's willing to play your style. The thing is hotdroppers aren't ruining your or anyone's game by just hotdropping. You leaving after they died and stayed shows that you were the one that ruined the game.
@Daze623 Why don't hot-droppers go get a premade team? Where in the ToS does it say that it's upon me to get a premade squad if I actually wanna play the game?

Nothing beats the adrenaline and the feeling of accomplishment to be the last squad on skulltown or capitol. So yes, I'll still hotdrop.
@CCbathwater just playing devil's advocate here....but nowhere in the ToS does it state a player can't hot drop.
Frankly finding 2 other like minded players is much more realistic than expecting a huge chunk of the playerbase to change their play style to suit yours.
- @MandatoryIDtag I know it doesn't, but why is the first reaction always just "get a premade"? Like I'm not changing my style of trying to win and get kills while doing so. So the hot-droppers just have to put up with me like I have to put up with them, and most of the time it will prompt one or the other to leave at some point during the game.
- @CCbathwater because their playstyle isn't against ToS. So you can't force them to play how you want them to play. If you want to keep playing the way you play that's fine but don't expect hotdroppers to be "punished" any time soon and don't pin hotdroppers with leavers as one is ruining the game and the other is playing the game properly albeit aggressively.

I'm an aggressive player, and although I didn't hotdrop every random squad I got into oblivion I did grow tired of their passive playstyles.
So I just found fellow aggressive players and teamed up with them instead, problem solved lol.
@CCbathwaterI used to play like you back in the days when I was learning the game for the first year. So I understand your perspective because I also wanted to prepare to fight instead of dying immediately.
After 1 year I started hot drop because walking around the map doesn't help me.
When I get a JM who wants to land far away from everyone I don't like it, but I tolerate his decision and just play.
