We can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. Normally, I'd refer you back to submit another dispute, but If you're being told there are no further reviews available, it means they've investigated your account multiple times and have not found evidence that the ban was given out in error. Unfortunately, it will need to remain in place.

@BinkDeBook I tried to message Conor Ford on twitter @RSPN_Hideouts today. I mean they ban hundreds of thousands of people each season. Hopefully they can look at a few of us outlier cases.

- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo To me I'm just trying to find a way to talk with some one on this. TOS are not the answer. The forums are a place to bring it up, but not an answer. So now I need to find a way to directly talk to an actual person.

There isn't anyone you can talk to about this other than ToS so most likely you're not going to get a response or it'll be a response telling you to submit a dispute with ToS.

I hear about people getting their account back several months later. Do you think ToS is gonna calm down and restore our accounts at a later date? They need to admit that they aren't prepared to handle every situation.
