Stop Losing Control

Really just stop losing control because it will hot drop you into trouble.

If you get matched with players that don't play up to your standards don't lash out at them via voice or text chat.

If other randoms are harassing you, mute them, ignore them, and report them.

do not lose control and let them bait you into stooping down to their level by insulting them.

Play fair, if you are frustrated by Cheaters and Smurfs report them, don't lose it and join their ranks.

Keep Control of you hardware, gaming account, E-mail account and passwords by protecting them and not letting others use them.

Losing control tends to lead to losing your account.

Have fun out there Legends.

    Yes of course it is.

gotcha, and yes the title was intended to do that as well.

Not only do words matter but also their perceived intent, their actual intent and their context.

  • @Asmodeus566Great advice and agree 100%. I am just frustrated that I get dropped with absolute nooobs and get destroyed by teams far above my ability. How is that possible? I mean the last game I had I fought, got some damage, died and watching my random team mate and he has Akimbo Mozams and is literally shooting at the ground in a fight. That's what I get. The guy who killed me had top tier badges and smoked us. How does that make sense?  The guy who killed me is way above my paygrade and will beat me every time... my team mate probably can't drink milk without drooling.   Why am I get low skill squad mates and everyone else seems to never miss? This has been a very common theme over the last few weeks.

Also, note, I get it.  His experience is probably worse than mine.  Which makes the question all the more pertinent.

Yeah the MM does not help you keep your cool right now.

If they could really get a good fix for that then this game would be so much better and healthier.

"If they could really get a good fix for that [matchmaking] then this game would be so much better and healthier."

I know I can be found in these forums one minute ranting about the horrific matchmaking and in the next minute saying, "It's not so bad." The truth is that it's all over the place. Reasonable at one moment, atrocious the next. I think that over all it still does try to keep things as they should be. It's still rare, even now, for me to get into lobbies where I assess the enemies and just instaquit because they all behave like thirsty master level stacks who will chase you across the map no matter how far from the circle you're taking them or what obstacles you're putting in their way. Just last night I discovered a squad so desperate for an easy kill that a blast off and TWO jump towers were not enough to shake them. I hate it when people don't play the objective, but when it's experienced people then it's especially irritating.

Of course I have no visibility on whether or not these really are high level players, stacks, or people with wall hacks and aimbots. I'm fairly sure there are both to be found. But I will say that the secondary problem may be the one that galls the most because it's the one the developer could literally shut down tomorrow but doesn't. I would like to find a headspace where secondary accounts don't make me angry with the developer, but I just haven't figured out a rationalization for that one.
