So, I would firstly like to add something, the 3rd type of cheat, the cheat sellers, the spammers. Now in Asia, you will very likely to be paired with 1 or 2 spammers in your squad, and that is quite devastating actually.
Right now in Asia, we need ways to stop cheat selling spammer bots.

Your input on cheat detection is fine, but I don't see if there is any difficulty to tell if the guy used cheat or not.
Speedhack is easy, even a fool could tell.
Aimbot is also just too easy, if someone killed you without making you feel anything, as all his powerful bullets flies straight into your head, you die like in 0.02 second ( not that fast but you die without even feel a thing, then you see this guy's crazy stats, of course he is a cheater )
There is nothing hard to tell if a guy is a cheater.
