Strange Ban Records ACCOUNT misuse

The EA team unblocked my apex ban on April 11th, and then my EA ACCOUNT was locked.The ban show ACCOUNT MISUSE. Then I contacted the customer service to unlock it. However, on April 16th, my apex was ban again due to ACCOUNT MISUSE.

Then the history of the ban is also blank. There is no way to see any ban records. The review team still informed me that I was indeed in violation

Why was my Apex account banned for this reason? Shouldn't it be an EA account?
