Strongest and Most Powerful Legends Lore Wise

Assassin

Revenant and Ash are undeniably the two strongest Legends in the game. Revenant is a blood-lusted murder-bot with the ability to cheat death, Ash is a former Pilot and mercenary and both have a century of experience. In an even environment no other Legend can really contend with these two.

Powerful Tech

Normal humans for the most part although the tech they have is really overpowered and gives them an innate advantage of all those below them. Wraith and Pathfinder have the potential to be up there with Ash and Revenant, however Wraith is limited by her human physicality and Pathfinder is limited by his naivete and weak battle intelligence.

Peak Human

Regular humans in peak physical condition. Although Gibby is very tough physically, he would be outskilled by Bangalore which is why she's above him.

Skilled Human

Regular humans with good combat skills/survival skills. They lack the brute force or abilities to be in any higher tier.

Regular Human

Title of the tier speaks for itself. Lifeline's tech is more about helping people and she has little to no combat experience. Octane is a reckless adrenaline junkie who lacks both brute force and battle intelligence. I do have Lifeline above Octane because she is a lot smarter and her tech is a lot more impressive. Even with Octane's speed, I have no doubts Lifeline could tactically out-manoeuvre him.
