Stuttering When Recording Gameplay In OBS

Question

I've been having recording problems with various games since the end of time so much so that I used to use a capture card to bypass software recording. I just got a brand new computer with a 12th gen intel i7 and RTX3080 graphics card 16 gigs DDR5 ram windows 11. And to my disappointment when I game capture in OBS and look back at the video I see frame skipping and stuttering. I am disappointed. Is there any specific setting I can change to get it to record smoothly?

@U4E32f5l2DEI342d i don't know if this will help as I play on Playstation.
I used to export all my recording to external drive then to pc , playback on the console it self is completely fine but when I transfer it to PC I get the same exact issue , stuttering and skipping.
I tried everything, record with different file type, different resolution, transferred files with SSD , nothing worked l.
recently I tired to open the files using video editor software other than the normal windows media player and it was perfect 😊
