Won’t let me purchase bundle

So I added enough money on my steam wallet to cover the bundle (punk prowler) end of year sale with the 40 packs and wingman included but when I go to authorize the purchase it kicks me out and my coins start loading but it doesn’t give me the coins to buy the bundle… or the bundle itself?
