Sub 100 damage and/or 0 kills should be reportable

@nejackso1 This is really dumb. "Can we ban people for not playing up to my standards?!" I hate bad teammates but banning people because they could have just been having a bad game is a really stupid thing to ask for. Also there are people out there that have never played FPS games and decided to play apex because it looks fun.
