@Yachi-TsukuGami This is of course annoying, but I would contact EA Support. The best way to get information about your account is to contact EA directly. Open a ticket or request a live chat / phone call.

I just finished sending another case report to them. I'm awaiting feedback on this incase it's effective. Thank you very much. I'll look at the links you have, since honestly if there's a way to physically talk to someone from there I feel I'd actually gain more since then I can properly explain what's going on and give details if necessary for review.
