3rd party program altering graphics.
It's cheating.
Simple.
If someone adjusts the hue and color balance of the graphics card, how is that cheating? Basically that app doesn't do much more than this.
- @DoYaSeeMe more so, changing it so that other colors pop out more is kinda cheating. Legends have a special outline that can be seen from afar and if you alter that so that it glows or shows more, that's cheating.
We all wish to have bloodhounds ult vision but ya shouldn't make adjustments by adding on 3rd party software so that you pretty much have it all the time.
Than again, if the cheat system that is in place does not care for it, than why should we.reminds me of the youtuber who was using nvidia inspector to potatoe the graphics so he can see through smoke. definitely cheating.
