Teaming/Cheating

I just found multiple squads feeding each other and chased them across the map as they respawned players.. I didnt die to any so I couldnt report them, neither did I see any names as they were using the hidden names eg: caustic1000 - how can I report a game in it's totality (Ranked game season 13)
