TERMS OF SERVICE TEAM IGNORES MY EMAILS

I would like to just say that I am posting on here because I feel cheated by the team at Origin and Apex Legends. I started gaming a couple of years ago and finally found a game that pulled me into PC gaming in a way that no other game did. I spend thousands upgrading my PC and spent over 1000 hours playing the game. I went from not knowing how to shoot to ranking diamond on one of the seasons. I played a lot and sometimes experienced crashes and would come to this site to try and fix it as you guys can see from my post history. At the end of 2019, I stopped playing as I was focusing more on life and work. But in April of this year I got an email claiming that I had been cheating. This was a huge surprise as I had not touched the game in a few weeks, if not months. I was honestly hurt to see it was a permanent ban as I had spent so much time and Apex Coins building up that profile and now all of it was lost. In their email I didn't get any clarification about what I had done. All I could see is just that they accused me of cheating. I HAVE NEVER CHEATED IN ANY WAY and I would like to hear from the TOS team about what they think I did so that I can provide clarification and if I can proof. I'm willing to bring my whole PC to their office and leave it there until they can see I have not cheated. 

I ended up sending many emails and have NEVER gotten any response. Is this how you treat your honest players who have spent money and time on your game? 

If anyone has had any similar experience I'd love to hear it. And if the TOS team is reading this, know that I will not stop until I can get in touch with you. I feel that I was wronged and cheated out of my account. I would like it back and at the very least to speak to the team.

    Hi, can you double check for older emails (from back in April) that might have been caught in a spam filter? You should have received correspondence on how to proceed, back then. 

    If you don't have any such mails, can you send me a DM to let me know? While I don't have any way to affect bans, I'll look into why that mail didn't go out, and we can try to move forward.

  • @EA_David Thank you so much! You're the first person that has given me hope. I received only an initial email saying my account was banned but that was it.
