Apex Legends is a new game and new games ALWAYS have a few issues that need to be worked out, so it shouldn't come as a curse inducing surprise to you that this one needs work. I ensure you, the developers are more willing to help as long as players such as yourself are more willing to hold back any dramatic comments you may or may not have on mind.
