A few hours ago there were a lot of rumors of Amazon buying apex but was confirmed to be false. Watching this news closely.
- @Cheese9Man not sure what to think about that. On one hand, it could be positive to have a new company takeover and change some things but on the other hand...what does amazon know about game developing or even managing.
Hold on, would that mean that Amazon would buy out EA or Respawn from EA?
It's not the same as Notch sold out Mojang to Microsoft. I think EA have their own ambitions.
- @Wolferato EA as a whole (including all their studios) has been looking for a buyer for some time now. It’s not just Respawn.
