@Koochi-Q
It may not seem too bad. But I would wait to judge once you are engaged by it, while you are fighting another team.
Yep saw the edit!
@VdstrkSo just played 3 games right before going to bed or doing something less intense so my focus wasn’t there and I can honestly say sound is there...
Every time a bow flew past me or hit me, I knew the general direction it came from if it wasn’t in my FOV. If I was looking in the direction I could see where the bow was coming from both by sound and trajectory.
Obviously it gets more silenced the farther the archer is and if you’re in a massive firefight, the same can be said, but I had someone shoot me from between 20-35m and I still heard the bow releasing from the wire. Same as a gun. If I can distinctly hear it from that distance, the sound is fine. When I shot at ppl they also knew where to look (either due to sound, trajectory line or damage indicator).
The reload is fine... I used it a couple of times with deadeye as a shotgun and honestly if you’re that close using it as a shotgun, you’re going to get melted. Between 10-20m it’s better to use but still the reload is not an issue imo. It’s a good boon over ppl who for instance fire automatic weapons and have to reload or swap weapons but other than that, not OP or anything. 30m+ normal...
@WhoTookCrossfire So my assumptions (at least for now and for me personally) were correct. It has no actual business in Apex but it could have been implemented way worse and now it’s actually practical and fun to use.
How about that, selffulfilling prophecy in the works.
