Do I have to?
The current rating system is a joke anyway.
Besides that, if a person requests that his or her personal information gets removed the involved parties are inclined to comply as stated in the new privacy law.
I just find it weird that 3rd parties have full access to player data.
That's just my opinion.
@MartenPhilip Regarding to the GDPR. Your game data does not conclude any personal information that is able to identify you as person in real life. Also if I am not mistaken by creating an account on Origin or playing one of their games. It most likely has something in their privacy statement which you most likely agree blindly to, that 3rd-parties are able to read out game data.
So websites like this do not have to ask for your consent nor need to remove your game data.

Yeah it's the same with any API.
To be honest, it sounds like that guys panicking that people will find out his stats after he's been on here giving large about "skill".
I'm not getting into the stat chasing though. It ends up ruining games for me by making me overly competitive.
