Please give me a direct link where I can write and send evidence to get them banned. Any attempts to appeal this via mail yield nothing.

Sorry, I see your links, but after clicking on them, I don’t understand where I should click to contact a real live support person in the chat to discuss my problem. Could you, if possible, provide a direct link to the chat with Apex Legends support? Because, I repeat, any methods of contact only resulted in an automatic response from the bot, not a single one of my requests was even seen by a living person

Community ManagerWe don't have a direct link to the chat team, however, if you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
