There is no channel for appeal

As the consultant did not contact me for a month, I was advised to close the case and resubmit it. However, after closing the case, I found that I was unable to generate a new case. My account is in a blocked state, but the official website shows no violations. I am also unable to contact customer service. What should I do?

    I am going through the same situation as you. Two months ago, I thought I could wait, but recently I suddenly realized that I can appeal again.

  • I have had the same experience as you. I have logged in to my account for over 950 hours, but after logging in half a year, it showed that I was banned. I have made three email appeals, and there is no record in EA Hlep. I have not even received an official response. I hope that I can continue to appeal and bring it back, and I also hope that the official can clarify the reason
