This community is toxic

Everytime I said ea doesn't look to its community like servers are so bad etc but the worst thing ever is in this game is that this community is so toxic really it is people don't respect each other and game play help those people to play dirty! Okay we can say that we play to commit but year after year with gameplay like that we can see only toxicity in conversation even in matches .. my last year for this game and god help this poor community

I know it can be really frustrating when you do run into toxicity during a game. It's something that pretty much all of us have probably experienced at some point. This is something we're very conscious of at EA, and we've been taking a look at what we can do to help reduce the toxicity that can happen in our games. When you have a chance I'd recommend checking out this article about a summit we hosted about this last year for some insight on what we've been working on:

@bluetrancer97 That’s understandable.
I just thought I should mention that this game has only been out for like a year and two months.

@bluetrancer97 I must have good luck then. I solo queue mostly, and every session I usually meet some nice people. And seem to get a decent amount of wins with those random squad mates. Of course there are exceptions but this is just my experience.

i totally agree i've been playing since it came out and it's very toxic especially the reddit sims 4 community is so toxic the sims 2 community and the sims 1.
i literally had to delete my comments on the reddit post because i was getting death threats and someone told me to unalive me like wtf.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience on Reddit. It's never okay to say such awful things to anyone, and I hope you don't take them to heart. I hope an experience like that never happens again but if you encounter any rule-breaking down the line, the best thing I can recommend would be to report it asap using the platform's reporting tools! Reddit, Discord, Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc, would all have in-house reporting options to help you flag awful comments like the ones you received so the admin teams can quickly catch and respond swiftly with appropriate moderation actions. Use the steps in this guide to pop them on our radar here on the EA Forums. We care deeply about fostering a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and I can't impress you enough with how your reports can help us catch and address any rule-breaking that much quicker, shut down bad actors, and ensure this space remains lovely and welcoming place in the process. 🙂
