This game is going to die and it needs too!

SBMM doesn't exist. The new matchmaking system loads the first 60 people (pubs) who start searching for a match.

I've tested this with many streams featuring very strong players, and I've always ended up in the lobby with them.

This game doesn't have SBMM (if it even existed before). You get teammates with level 50 or 100, and during the game you are killed by someone with 100,000 kills. Just being an average player and winning 1-2 games is enough to find yourself in the same lobby as master/preds players and... lots of cheaters :). Nothing new.
