Dear developers this is how your SBMM works please fix this .These people have no skill at all and I am playing lvl 167 & how would i play with them????

You don't know they have no skill. Those are kills with that legend, not overall.
Someone laughed at me yesterday as I played Octane (a legend I rarely play) because I came up as LVL 500 with 9 kills. I have 2,950 kills overall.
We won the game and I got four kills and 1,100 damage - best in the squad.

@bosourdkdr fluctuates between 1.5 - 2
- @EdwardDLuffy this is not that case bro actually I am 500 lvl player with 10000 kills this is my secondary account for playing rank life line main with 1360 kills
then what criteria ? I don't think any skill based match making

@GH0STEDbyMEI was asked to not give what info I have found. Which I do understand due to people can and will manipulate it. But I will say there is about 3-4 major roles that determine where you will be placed. Level def is not one them.
After my stroke I killed my K/D putting in 5k games in a single season trying to understand how it worked.
