This LAG is UNPLAYABLE

Seriously 2 nights in a row now. Teleporting backwards and forwards. Time travel. Stuck on spot.

And when that ain't happening you're getting downed before you been shot or any vast array of weird connection/ code related bullshizz. Shots hitting but doing no damage etc etc etccc

There are too many aspects of this game that make it completely unenjoyable. Between the completely useless teammate matchmaking and unplayable servers, I'm about to buy another game and wave buhbye to this once good game for good.

I'm really sorry for all the frustration. I'd like to try to help find out why you're lagging. What system are you playing on and are you on a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

You sure its not an issue at your end? I was on last night with absolutely no rubber banding issues.

@MandatoryIDtag I haven't had rubberbanding in a very long time. That too on 90 ping.
What about Sony throttling y'all speed? I am on PC, so thank god.

Google pingplotter, download and run it with a target of www.google.com. You can then easily see if it is your end. Red bars are dropped packets and the black line is latency. If you have red bars or high latency that starts in the first few hops, it is you or your ISP (This is usually a cable or router issue, but can be some others). If you have a nice stable latency graph with no dropped packets, it is not you or your ISP.

Respectfully I'm used to some of the default EA replies, which often look to merely blame the user or such or anyone else.

My internet has been having zero problems with anything else. My router has been restarted when facing these issues etc etc.

I'm on PS4 my ports are forwarded etc.

The game tells me at the moment usually highest of 20-58ping closests server has been saying 2% PL frequently for past week.

I had to move to server much further that was 60ping highest and 0% loss, but lag was still noticeable and I'd assume it's more desirable to play on closer data centres.

I have similar issues every few nights. Game is virtually unplayable. Here's what I've trouble shooted.
Xbox
Local server runs in SLC
Latency: 32ms
Packet loss: 2-4
NAT TYPE Checked and found open
Speed test ran and 100-180mbps
Playing on hardline cat5 ethernet
On one occasion I did discover that my ISP may have been throttling my speed but even testing results since that was resolved verifies infrequent severe prediction errors. Seems like its gotta be on server side.
Yes sometimes is closer to high traffic times like on patch days or LTE updates and weekends. But it still also happens frequently when none of those things are a factor.

This is why I mentioned pingplotter. If the community starts running this then we will all have logs of it not being on our end. Not really sure that it will make the devs acknowledge their trash servers and attempt to fix, but at least gives more than anecdotal evidence that it is not our end.
