This season has officially broke me. I'm back playing Fortnite.

Don't know why I'm "updating" this topic, but I just felt like saying a few more things.

So, after a week or so of Fortnite, I am running into more "build battle sweat fights." Still not great at building, so those haven't been going well, but there's plenty of ways to counter building this season, most notably the Spider-Man web shooters.

I'm really enjoying how the guns feel in Fortnite, but it may be in part due to me switching over to mouse and keyboard to play Fortnite.

I'm rarely in a situation where I feel like I'm screwed in Fortnite, vs. Apex where every game feels like it's against me in every way, shape, and form, and just trying to get a kill feels like an impossible task, much less survive past the first 5 minutes...

Seriously, I've had games in Fortnite where I had no shields, and only grey weapons, and I still felt like I could win a fight. Apex? Even if I have full red shields and purple/gold weapon attachments, I still feel like it's not enough, so why am I even bothering because I'm just going to end up a free kill for someone with birthday gifts in my death box!

The Fortnite servers run sooooooo much better than Apex servers! I've had next to no lag in any of the games I've played! Only had one night where I think the servers went down for a bit, but even that resolved itself fairly quickly.

I'm still surprised in saying this, but I'm enjoying Fortnite! I may enjoy it less if I start getting too competitive in it (which is a bad habit that happens in a lot of games I play over time), but even so, I'm at least having good games 9 out of 10 times whenever I drop in, with that 1 out of 10 being when someone actually does beat me on the first drop, but nearly every game has resulted in at least a couple eliminations or more, which is much more than what I've been handed in Apex...

I'm officially done with Apex Legends! I was popping back in to get the last few treasure packs I was missing, but I didn't realize there was a bug that didn't give out the rewards for collecting all the treasure packs, so just another broken thing in this game that has tortured me for the last time.

I'd say maybe I'd come back if they fix things or something, but given how they never listen to us, I know this game will still have awful servers, anti-solo player ways, never ending flood of $20+ cosmetics and drought of actual gameplay content, the worst matchmaking system in the universe, and constant bugs and glitches that break the game more and more...
