This season's starter pack skin looks bad

I know that this bundle in itself is worth it just for the 600 apex coins for $5 but it's hard not to notice that this season's starter pack skin looks bad. The Ash skin looks like a normal rare skin that came out straight from the normal skin list and not the usual rare+ skin we get specifically for a starter pack. I hope that the quality of the skins we get from these packs don't get worse over time.

S11 Starter Pack - looks like something that you can get from a normal apex pack. lol.

Previous Starter Packs - look at the quality of the skins you get from the previous seasons. They're rare+ not just rare.

This Ash twitch prime skin looks 100% better.

@Cheese9ManYeah, I'm confused too.... The *Starter Pack* skins always had something "extra" about them, making the metal armor GOLD at the very least.

This skin is just as boring as the other RARE skins you can craft in the game(a lot of them look WAY better than this skin imo)

I also noticed that the RARE skin we would usually get in the BattlePass for the NEW Legend, changed over season 10 & 11.

In 10, the Unique RARE skin for SEER in the BattlePass was 1 of the initial 3 skins you got for PURCHACING the BattlePass, INSTEAD of being free, for everyone once you got halfway through the BattlePass.

In 11, the Unique Legend Skin, is NOWHERE to be seen........

I think this is very sad, it was always nice to get at least one, Unique RARE skin for the NEW Featured Legend.

I DO LIKE, that we are getting skins in more QUANTITY, this season though, as past seasons always had some Legends get NOTHING.
@hayhor True, you are getting basically 100 AC for free + a skin(which is why I usually buy them, it's a good deal)
but you can't deny, that the quality has dropped for this particular *Starter Pack* skin, this season.

@Cheese9ManI find it hilarious people are whining about this. $5 for 600 coins and they give you a skin. And remember, this in a free to play game where you get free packs that give crafting materials so you can craft the actual skin you want for Ash.
Pretty sad when the apex youtubers have to resort to this to make content.

@SILVERisSORRY I haven't liked a single one of the skins. They are all bad. There are probably some people that like this one just like you liked other ones.

@hayhor I buy those packs if I need 600 AC for BP, literally who buys the pack for that skin? That being said, this is the worst out of them all

@hayhor Yeah, that's why Season 10 was the first season, to break my Premium BattlePass streak, as nothing in the S10 BattlePass had anything for LOBA, & the other skins didn't really interest me.

Season 11 was different, as it HAD a LOBA Skin, Charm, & Banner Frame. Plus the Reactive gun skin is for the Prowler(one of my fav guns), so I gladly purchased it.

(Here's hoping they release, a Reactive P2020 skin 😉 )

I ONLY ever spend money on a BattlePass if it has multiple items that look appealing, same goes for Store Limited Items. If I don't like the design I don't buy it.

I've NEVER been one of those people, that has to collect EVERYTHING for a game I Love.(like some YT'ers do)

@SILVERisSORRY I do every battle pass. You get more coins back than it costs. The stuff inside is mainly filler. Of all the reactive skins the only ones I use are the wingman and volt.

Is the prowler a good in game skin? I have yet to see it active. In the BP view it doesn't look like one I'll use. The BH prowler skin is 🔥

@hayhor Not sure yet, I'm lvl 24 in the BattlePass at the moment.

Speaking of which, I'm still surprised to see the Season 11 BADGE after 3 weeks, still doesn't work...... it's forever stuck at level 1.

IDK if it's the same for people on PC or Playstation, or if just an issue with XBOX consoles.

@SILVERisSORRY I’m on Xbox and the badge is still level 1 for me.

This Ash skin reminds me of a pair of Vans I used to have in middle school lol. Red and blue color just like that with cubes pattern

@hayhor Prowler skin looks way better in game. iTemp showed it in a few videos this last week. I thought I wouldn't use it, but that might change.
