Thoughts on Horizon so far?

Would you consider her a “top tier” legend? Also, any general strategies you found work best for or with her?

Well in my opinion (and in game strategies I've done with friends) think Horizon is a top tier legend IF she is paired up with legends like Revenant and Banglore or crypto, if you have Revenant paired with her you could throw down the gravity lift and have the player go up and use their tactical(AKA his silence ball) or have crypto go up there and have him camp while he is on his drone. BOOM, there you go an op strat

I think she's pretty top tier at the moment, her tactical cool-down seems a little fast compared to a lot of similar abilities, so I think if that got reigned in a bit she would be in a better place balance-wise.
Though never pair Horizon up with a Wattson! Ever!
