After 13 seasons with hipfire working totaly fine. We got a useless attatchment that is totaly pointless.
Its just something "new" for the reason of just being something new.
@Werawulfaz Hipfire spread was increased across the board with this update. The idea is to prevent people from using SMGs as an assault rifle, which used to be quite possible with a barrel mod, and encourage their use as close range weapons as intended (conversely, hipfire spread was increased on ARs to make them less versatile in close range).
The laser sight is hardly useless. They improve SMGs hipfire accuracy considerably. You are welcome to leave them on the ground for me, though.
