I am convinced 99% of this "DCs" are just leavers!
They start the game and suddenly realize they need to dumb a *... QUIT
Or they just dont like the strength of the champions... QUIT

and so on...
@Flashshark1980 The freezes happen like once every 1.5 hours, so like once every 8-10 matches. This means roughly 6 people disconnecting every match.
