Timeout penalty in casual mode

Is there a timeout penalty for leavers in casual mode?

@Cro_Pittt Honestly I'd be ok with anything as long as it deters people from repeatedly leaving games. The lack of action gives people the idea that it's okay to repeatedly quit on your teammates.

@DarthValtrex I can definitely see why people don't like it but it's something more of a necessity considering the amount of leavers in casual mode.

@Daze623I only play casual (rarely) because i can leave it whenever im downed and hop into a new game. It really is it's only positive feature (yes, being able to leave with no penalties IS a positive feature for the most casual mode). There's ranked for hardcore experience. The rank mode must have a strict leaver penalty, the casual mode must NOT have any leaver penalty. No need to have all modes the same.

P.S. As some1 who also prefers to play solo, I would like to have a separate solo-only queue ranked mode (meaning every single opponent in the game would also have random teammates), but I understand Apex just doesn't have enough players for an unpopular queue like that.

    @BiochemikasCasual and Rank mode have really distinct differences other than the fact you get punished for leaving in rank mode. And being able to repeatedly ruin games by forcing your teammates to 2 v all the moment you go down without any repercussions is not a positive feature.
