Tired of seeing predators and way better players, plz explain

Can someone explain to me how sbmm works in this game in pubs? is it even there? is it working at all? What logic decides a previous season predator with 5+kd, 20k kills, should be in the lobby with...

The problem with this and the explanations is that they make no sense. We are all put in lobbies we ZERO chance of winning

The Masters and the Preds are in SUPER easy lobbies for their skill set, so we are cannon fodder. When do the rest of us EVER get lobbies like that???!

For those Preds, it would be like us getting a lobby of sub lvl 10 players.

@SquishyVader you get those lobbies after losing 100 games.. Because respawn and EA wants you to keep playing...
