Yes SBMM is to strict and promotes smurfing but new accounts also go towards the 100mil registered accounts they like to brag about and it babysits bad players increasing profits so like all the other underlying issues with the game, it won't drastically change. Same with rank splits for engagement. You want EOMM instead of reasonable matchmaking without even realising it, apparently...
I haven't actually seen any official response to the report a smurf that's now available so is it against the rules now or?
