t's REALLY annoying that it can take up to 5 minutes to get in a match and land.
then i die within 10 seconds I've done around 20 matches and every single one is like this. Also how do you get exp i havent gotten any so far?

Pick a closer spot if you can't sit out landing on a further but proper spot.
The matchmaking time is tied to your geographic location (i.e which server you're on) and the number of other players on that server who are also searching for a match at the same time.
It does not relate to the speed of your connection.
And as someone else said, (E)XP is awarded if you kill people, do stuff, survive etc and do not disconnect early.
cant kill anyone half of the people i come across are invisible can't shoot at anyone therefore cant get exp? stupid game
