Twitch Prime Octane skin not showing up

Hey,

So I claimed the new Twitch Prime skin for Octane but I still haven't received it in game. It's been 3 days now so I'm not really sure what's going on. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. And I checked to make sure and my accounts are.linked properly because it's the same account I used to get the other 2 skins

  • @asukojo Yes, that's why I am so confused. I have the other 2 skins unlocked on the same account but this one I haven't received yet

    I've all three skin still working for me.

    That's weird, and you only have 1 account, right?

    Do you have twitch prime still active ?

    Are you pay monthly or using amazon prime or 30 days trial?

  • I've had the same issue since the day the skin was released on Twitch Prime. I immediately claimed it and no matter what I do it hasn't showed up in game. :/

    @QTIWB

    It sounds like the Twitch loot may have been sent to a different EA account that was linked up with your Twitch Prime membership. Please check out this article below detailing instructions on how to un-link and re-link accounts. If the Twitch promotional content is still missing, there is information at the bottom of the article on how to contact Twitch Support for assistance with missing Twitch Loot.

  • I'm having the same issue :/ When I originally claimed it there was a message on the Twitch page about some issue with accounts linking? I think that may have caused a problem. It keeps telling me to link my accounts as well even though they've been linked for months.

  • @Nothnbutsutton I thought I was having this problem also, instead it was just the fact that I didn't link me EA account and my Twitch prime properly, once it says claimed you'll have to restart the game again, and if that dosnt work go back to the twitch prime loot and make sure its set up by linking them via the link above the octane skin @ twitch.amazon.com should be all good and if was sent incorrectly im sure the devs can help
  • Yeah everything is fine and when I go to support it says it’s a twitch thing which I’m it’s not bec Ubisoft has no problem when I got the R6 ash thing
