Unable to access the game due to 'wrong' verification code.

I been out of apex legends for a few months now and recently I wanted to play it again, i install the game and it tells me to put the verification code sent to my email, i do as it says and it tells me that its wrong. I think i accidentally did a typo and ask for another code and carefully type out the new one. Incorrect, again. I tried for an hour now and i dont know what it truly wants or why the codes im being sent aren't the right one.
