On Tuesday June 22 I purchased a $60 pack of apex coins and it says it’s your on Xbox then I don’t receive them so I bought it again and I checked my purchase history on Xbox and bank account and I spent a total of $120 on apex coin and didn’t receive anything.
Every time i have brought apex coins they do not get added to my account. But the payment will go through, i have tried to make a case, with no help at all.

been waiting weeks to get stupid replies that then take another 4 days to answer it’s such a tedious process. But love how they can respond so soon when it’s to take money 🙄.
will update you with any info they give me if it helps. Sorry you’re having the same issues. Frustrating to say the least.
