Unable to select server

Me and my two roommates, we play apex together, we are in Italy, we can't find any available server except the US West server, the delay is 170ms, the three of us are in the same LAN, me and one of my friend A, are using WiFi, my friend B is using a wired connection, I downloaded the EA version of apex and the Steam version of apex at the same time, both versions of apex can't connect to the European server, only the US West server, but my friend A can connect to the European server
