Unban request for a friend

My friend got banned for having used a hack long ago. He returned to the game, spent money AGAIN, did not hack, and got banned. He got an email saying "...all new accounts will be banned for all players..." If someone capable of an unban and willing to make sure hes unban is serious and read this, reply. Please and thank you. HWID ban is trash (unfortunately with this type of hack should younger players share a PC and have different user logins at start up, nothing they can do unless they're into the tech world deeply) It can be avoided if someone knows what they're doing, willing to avoid or have the money. How do i know he didn't hack on his new account? Well multiple reasons. 1, he didn't want his money wasted this time. 2, he cant aim yet. 3, he feeds off me (hes a KS god). He could've avoided that but didn't take my advice because wanted to be Mr. Krabs (cheap) That being said, not everyone buys hacks. Some make their own and til this day avoided a ban. If you look at my old forum post, I stated I was banned for hacking (yes i spent money on that account too but didn't bother getting my money back because i accepted i got banned for cheating, which i deserve and i like apex so i wanted to support) and returned to play legit before season 7 announcement. I spent money on my new account. I'm hoping I don't get banned although I took measures long ago to avoid a ban if i were to make a new account should I want to play legit in the future on a new account but i think sometimes i ran without those measures. Don't ban me. No need for players that want to play fair either from day 1 or hackers/hack users turned good to get banned unless you want them to say "screw it. got banned might as well keep cheating full force on this game and ruin others game." Should my new account get banned, ill need every cent back... good game, community with a good vibe from randoms in game to those on youtube/twitch/discord.
