SwiftNur​ Just to let you know, your Apex progress and data is stored on the linked EA Account, (so if you are wanting to unlink your PlayStation Account to then link it to another EA Account, that won't move or merge your Apex progress or data over to the new EA Account, (and unlinking your platform accounts can also cause a loss of your Apex progress and data).

Sadly as well, there isn't a way, (for the most part), to bypass or override the 6 month unlink lock out, (you will have to either wait the full 6 months or try contacting EA Support).

Since an EA Account was required to play Apex, you could try contacting EA Support to help recover the EA Account so that you can at least login on PC, (but do note that you will not be able to link another PlayStation Account as the first one has a lifetime link to your EA Account).

Lastly, if you need help with recovering your PlayStation Account, you would need to go through PlayStation Support.
