Use "countdown timer" instead of "percentage" for Ultimate cooldown

I think this makes planning easier in the game, if instead of having a cooldown from 1% to 100%, we actually have a countdown time that shows ultimate will recharge in 80 seconds for example.

    @Alphabets Yeah we’ve been asking for this for years now literally. Would be great if it would be in the settings so that people who prefer the percentage can still use that.

    Wonder why they chose not to though. Probably because it would confuse the 35% cooldown reduction from the ult accelerant?

    @Cheese9Man That's the joy of math, though! The 35% would still be the same amount, because it's based on the total cooldown time. If the cooldown is 60 seconds (100%), the 35% will always be 21 seconds, unless my pre-coffee brain is just not processing correctly?

    Definitely on board with an option to show % or time
