Using Sharpkeys bannable?

I want to remap my ctrl+esc and alt+esc as it minizes the game and can be absolutely annoying when accidentally pressed in mid combat.

Unfortunately those keys are integrated into windows and not configurable.

I had people tell me I could get banned for it because its not far off from using macros?
